We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role would be best suited for someone who is highly self-motivated and professional, and a confident communicator.
The Role
As we continue to grow and expand our sales team, we’re looking for a motivated and professional SDR to focus on the initial stage of the sales cycle. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach to organizations across British Columbia. Your main objective will be to make the first contact by generating interest to book meetings.
This role is heavily phone-based, and success will depend on your willingness and confidence to consistently make outbound calls. If you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and start conversations with prospects, this could be a great fit for you.
The SDR reports directly to the Business Development Manager and is the primary driver of outbound leads.
This is a remote position. Our team typically works Monday to Friday with flexible start times.
