Paralegal - Post QME

As a Medical Documentation Review Specialist, you will: 

• Prepare and submit demands in accordance with case needs
• Draft, review, and process med-legal letters for workers’ compensation cases. 
• Cross-check case files to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
• Manage med-legal processes specific to the workers’ compensation system. 
• Contact clients when needed, ensuring interactions are supportive, professional, and positive. 
• Follow up with defense attorneys to obtain updates and facilitate communication. 
• Proactively manage tasks, prioritize workload, and complete assignments on time. 
• Seek guidance from supervisors when clarification is needed. 
• Consistently meet established performance metrics and quality standards.

As a Medical Documentation Review Specialist, you have: 

• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills B2+ 
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. 
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Professional, client-centered approach with strong relationship-building skills. 
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation procedures and med-legal processes preferred. 
• Prior experience in legal, administrative, or client support roles strongly desired. 
• Prior experience in documentation analysis in different fields will be considered.
