🚀 We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager (Nearshore)


📍 Location: On-site Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for building high-performing recruiting teams? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Nearshore recruiting operations supporting the Vensure segment.


In this leadership role, you'll manage a team of U.S.-based recruiters while partnering closely with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR leaders to deliver exceptional hiring results. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys both leading teams and actively recruiting.


What You'll Do


✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 U.S.-based recruiters.

✅ Drive aggressive hiring goals with a target of approximately 75 hires per month.

✅ Participate in full-cycle recruiting and support critical hiring initiatives.

✅ Build strong relationships with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.

✅ Monitor recruiting performance, productivity, and placement metrics.

✅ Train recruiters and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

✅ Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

✅ Collaborate on recruiting process improvements and reporting.


What We're Looking For


✔️ 10+ years of recruiting experience in the U.S. market (required).

✔️ Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams.

✔️ Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and interviewer training.

✔️ Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.

✔️ Advanced or near-native English proficiency.

✔️ Experience working directly with U.S. clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

✔️ Results-driven mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
