Job Description
Analizar informes de antigüedad e iniciar llamadas a clientes con saldos vencidos para organizar el pago.
Iniciar llamadas de cobro a clientes de cuentas importantes, investigar y resolver problemas de facturación/vencimiento en cuentas que han resultado en pagos morosos.
Resolver quejas de clientes e investigar discrepancias en las cuentas; analizar datos de cuentas por cobrar para clientes.
Pronosticar cobros de efectivo, evaluar y escalar problemas a los contactos apropiados.
Realizar conciliaciones, reducir la antigüedad de las cuentas y establecer comunicaciones claras y concisas; participar en presentaciones de información de cuentas por cobrar. Mantener registros de llamadas y fechas de pago esperadas.
Experiencia en gestión de carteras y procesos de cobranza.
Competente en habilidades de negociación para acordar planes de pago con los clientes.
Interacción diaria con los clientes, incluido el seguimiento cuando no se ha recibido el pago esperado ayudar a resolver problemas de facturación
Preparar análisis de métricas y KPI y explicaciones detrás de las variaciones del rendimiento de la cartera Responsable de responder las preguntas de los clientes potenciales y enviar los detalles adicionales requeridos.
Cumplir y superar las métricas de KPI.
Experiencia previa en cobranza
Experiencia en gestión de créditos y cuentas por cobrar
